ERO Report 2009

The Education Review Office’s has completed a summary report on our school. This review was carried out at the end of Term 1. We are delighted with the findings of the report which reinforce how quickly and efficiently the staff and pupils at Belmont Primary started into their programme of quality teaching and learning.

We were eager to have this report finalised and to learn from the comments and ecommendations of this highly qualified outside agency. While our school already operates at a very high level of achievement we are all keen to find ways we can grow and improve to offer the most effective possible learning environment for our children.

As a community we can be justifiably proud of this report. The reviewers commented positively on all levels of our teaching programme and made special mention of the attitude and values demonstrated by our children and their families.
