Introducing the Board of Trustees

General Information
The role of the Board is in the governance of the school, ensuring that our students have an environment and a management framework in place that will enable quality delivery of education. We are not directly involved with the day to day running of the school.
The Board meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7.30pm. Meetings are held in the boardroom adjoining the Principal's office and are open to the public. We also welcome communication from the school community by phone, mail or email. Please direct your correspondence through Bruce Cunningham or Julie in the school office.
A common question that is asked is "Can the public speak?" The short answer is no. Although held in a public place they are not public meetings. They are Board meetings which can be observed by the public. The Board Chair can grant speaking rights to an observer if the chair decides, but would inform the speaker they have 5 minutes and the Board will listen and not reply at this point.
