 Room 8 have had some hockey lessons and have wrote about them.
 I learnt that you have to put your left hand on top of the hockey stick and put your right hand at the bottom of the hockey stick. I also learnt you had to dribble on the flat side not the round side of the hockey stick. You have to stop the ball like this... Put your stick over the ball but it might slip away. You can't run and get the ball with your hands. You have to run after it and try it again.    By Kate  

 On Wednesday 28th of July, me and the class went to the hall to practice some hockey skills. We played a few games like stuck in the mud, and red light green light. I think I learnt some new things about hockey.    By Natalija 
   I loved playing hockey. It was so much fun. The instructors said "Come on get a stick! I am going to teach you how to hold a hockey stick." After we got taught how to hold a hockey stick, we played red light green light.    By Emma

 Today we did hockey training. It was quite boring but really cool. I have never played with a wooden hockey stick before. We also played some games.
