As part of this year’s Library Week celebrations, schools throughout New Zealand read “Mr Muggs the Library Cat” aloud in their library at 10.30am on the morning of Wednesday Aug 18^th. The reader at Belmont Primary was the talented Richard Parmee, who had the children in stitches with his excellent interpretation of the book.
