Devonport’s Drop & Shop: Kick Your Christmas Goals in Devonport while the Kids do Christmas Craft at The Community House
Someone needs to do Santa’s grunt work and let’s be honest, it’s easier without your children in tow. Devonport Village and the Devonport Community House are offering 90 minute Christmas Craft sessions for school aged children (aged 5-12) every Saturday in December at either 12-1.30pm or 1.30-3pm. Qualified and energised carers and craft makers will keep your children busy whilst you tick off your Christmas to-do lists. Spaces are limited to 30 per session, so book yours quickly at www.devonport.co.nz. $6.60 covers cost of materials, the rest is on us. Devonstock Music Festival
Sunday 9 December, 2pm-6pm Windsor Reserve, Devonport Waterfront An amazing array of talented young musicians will be rocking out at this year’s Devonstock Music Festival. The festival is organised by local teenagers to showcase the music of young artists like: SKILAA, Munkhouse, Daffodils, Gretel, Masonic Silk, Ben Glanfield. All ages can experience local music and summer sun for FREE and enjoy the range of food and craft stalls at this smoke-free and alcohol-free event in Windsor Reserve by the beautiful Devonport waterfront.
